This OTG helps members understand how laws are created in Canada and how regular people can influence the decisions that shape their lives. Participants will follow the journey of a bill from idea to law, learn how federal and provincial governments make decisions, and explore practical ways to participate in democracy by contacting elected representatives, participating in committees, and working through their union to create meaningful change for workers.
