We are reminded, daily, about the rise in global warming, ice melting, and sea-levels increasing.  The conditions of our Mother Earth and its ecosystems are deteriorating day by day.  However, many remain sceptical and we continue to ignore the warnings.  To achieve sustainable development and environmental conservation policies, objectives and targets, society needs to become more sensitive to the multiple dimensions of environment.  This course will explore Canada’s impact on the environment and its roles and responsibilities moving forward.
