This course is the second in a series of tutorials aimed at helping union members, activists, and staffs gain the skills and confidence needed to facilitate a union education program or course in your local union. Participants will learn about advanced instructional techniques, needs assessment and evaluation, course design, and using media and technology in the classroom.
