This is an introductory course that aims to create a greater awareness of the key issues that impact Indigenous Peoples, both historically, and today. This course is meant to focus on key elements with limited explanations rather than a comprehensive historical accounting and excess documentation. What that means is this course will inform participants on important issues, yet not dive deeply into all the factors that affect them. We hope the interest in this course will inspire continued learning, stronger understanding of Indigenous issues, as well as practical tools to help you with your own personal reconciliation.
