Black Voices Matter is a powerful new course designed to help workers understand and address anti-Black racism in Canadian society and workplaces. Through topics like recognizing systemic racism, understanding anti-Black racism in the workplace, and knowing what the law says, participants will gain valuable insights into the challenges faced by Black workers. The course also explores how to create inclusive workplaces and emphasizes the importance of allyship and advocacy in fostering change. Learners will be equipped with practical tools to support equity and amplify Black voices in their communities and workplaces.
