All workers deserve to leave their jobs as healthy as when they started and there are many federal and provincial laws that enforce this. However, some of these laws are progressive and support the safety and health of workers while others place business interests as a higher priority. 

UFCW Canada believes the elimination of work-related illnesses and injuries should be the top priority. The courses listed here are designed to improve the lives and workplaces of our members and their families. We believe that all Canadians have a fundamental right to a healthy and safe working environment.
